A Lifetime of Caring, Passed Through Generations
Argyll Group was born from a family who refused to let a home and the people within it be forgotten. What started with two nurses, married couple Caroline and Willie McDonald, stepping in to protect a community has become a lifelong commitment to dignity, compassion and belonging.
For nearly 30 years, their family has remained at the heart of every home, showing up, listening, and making sure residents feel safe, valued and truly cared for. Today, the business continues through that same family commitment, led by Willie alongside their son, Sam, carrying forward the values and vision that began all those years ago.
Our history isn’t just about experience, it’s about love, perseverance, and the belief that every person deserves a place to feel at home.
